AIR PRESSURE SYSTEM

Air pressure, set at about 60 PSI, is used for the horns and may also be used to run tools or fill toys/fenders. The air compressor is located in the engine room under the sink. Outlets are to be found at the compressor and in the mast. As of August, 2001, the horns are run off of a scuba tank in the mast. In general, to reduce electrical load and cycling while at the dock, the compressor is left off. The switch is on the AC panel in the engine room. The compressor has a water drain at the unit.
